2. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Errors in pricing or product descriptions
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Incorrect information provided during checkout
- Circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled item(s).

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, availability, or website content at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.
Because our products may be handmade, seasonal, limited in quantity, or made in small batches, certain products may become unavailable or sell out.

Many of our products are handmade or prepared to order. Processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.
Any estimated processing or production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
Shipping transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. Available shipping options will be presented during checkout.
Certain services, including UPS Ground Saver, may involve more than one carrier. In some cases, UPS may transport the package for part of its journey and transfer it to USPS for final delivery.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are generally outside of our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional details.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
You are responsible for reviewing your order, shipping address, and contact information before submitting your purchase.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production, processing, or shipping has begun.

Because some products may be handmade, customized, or made to order, certain items may not be eligible for return or cancellation once work has begun.
